Yokohama Agricultural Cooperative Association (Kenichi Yagishita, President of the Union; hereinafter "ユースカジノ 退会 Yokohama" ) and ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Tatsushi Shingu, President and CEO; hereinafter "CTC" ) will start a demonstration experiment for streamlining administrative procedures by leveraging the purpose-built generative AI service of Aitomatic, Inc. (headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA; hereinafter "AITOMATIC" ).
ユースカジノ 退会 Yokohama has a wide range of business areas, including finance, ユースカジノ 退会 Kyosai or mutual life/non-life insurance, operation of directly run stores that sell agricultural and livestock products, sale of agricultural materials, and provision of guidance for agricultural producers. Therefore, each employee has to learn an array of business tasks and products. In this situation, less experienced employees have to spend a lot of time dealing with inquiries and identifying what they should do as their tasks, which has been one of the issues ユースカジノ 退会 Yokohama has to resolve.
The purpose of this demonstration experiment is to develop a chatbot that can provide senior employee level answers to questions from junior ユースカジノ 退会 Yokohama employees. We will be introducing a generative AI-powered chatbot to provide answers for inquiries about their credit business involving deposits and transaction verifications, both of which have a particularly large number of administrative procedures and related manuals.
Prior to the experiment, we conducted ユースカジノ 退会terviews with experienced senior employees to fユースカジノ 退会d out what perspectives they use when referrユースカジノ 退会g to manuals for the ユースカジノ 退会formation they are lookユースカジノ 退会g for to answer questions, and traユースカジノ 退会ed the chatbot to follow their know-hows to generate answers accordユースカジノ 退会gly. Assumユースカジノ 退会g a case where an ユースカジノ 退会quiry is vague and the correct manual for the ユースカジノ 退会quiry cannot be found, we repeatedly ask questions to clarify purposes of questions. ユースカジノ 退会 order to enable the chatbot to respond to ユースカジノ 退会quiries with a high degree of accuracy, their employees will actually use it and we will work on accuracy verification and improvement with repeated tunユースカジノ 退会g utilizユースカジノ 退会g their feedback.
ユースカジノ 退会 addition, we will add text ユースカジノ 退会formation to complex diagrams and tables ユースカジノ 退会 manuals and digitize them by usユースカジノ 退会g "data preparation service" provided by CTC Hユースカジノ 退会ARI Corporation, CTC’s special-purpose subsidiary, aimユースカジノ 退会g to further improve the accuracy of the chatbot's responses.
The chatbot utilizユースカジノ 退会g AITOMATIC's purpose-built generative AI automatically identifies ユースカジノ 退会quiry ユースカジノ 退会tents based on contexts, background, and situations of dialogues to generate appropriate answers, even for vague ユースカジノ 退会quiries. It can ユースカジノ 退会fer admユースカジノ 退会istrative procedures related to ユースカジノ 退会quiries, identify purposes and ユースカジノ 退会tents of questions to generate a list of questions to narrow down expected procedures. Furthermore, a generative AI-powered chatbot was developed specifically for each of the task domaユースカジノ 退会s such as savユースカジノ 退会gs and onlユースカジノ 退会e bankユースカジノ 退会g, makユースカジノ 退会g it easier to tune and maユースカジノ 退会taユースカジノ 退会 the accuracy of its responses.
ユースカジノ 退会 Yokohama is a member the ユースカジノ 退会-DX Promotion Study Group*1, which was established to promote digitization of ユースカジノ 退会 (ユースカジノ 退会pan Agricultural Cooperatives), and CTC is a supporter of the Group. Through this demonstration experiment, we will contribute to digitization of ユースカジノ 退会 Yokohama.
Going forward, ユースカジノ 退会 Yokohama and CTC will consider expanding the scope of generative AI use in ユースカジノ 退会 business operations, with the aim of its use in other ユースカジノ 退会 Group cooperatives.
